‘Cholecalciferol 50 mcg is what you need to have’, the Doctor said and I started laughing.
‘What’s so funny about that?’ the doctor asked. He was visibly irritated.
‘My friend told me the same thing and I didn’t listen to her.’ I explained.

I nodded my head in acceptance. What the doctor said was true. I drive down to the office and park under the building.
Then I use the lift to reach my office and spend the rest of the day there. By the time, I am driving back to home, the sun has already set. All this means, I am getting minimal exposure to sunlight.
