What is Dubai 30×30 challenge?
Dubai Fitness Challenge is a yearly celebration of fitness and health. Dubai has celebrated this event for 6 years now and is still celebrating. The concept of the challenge is 30 mins of sport activity for 30 days. The goal behind the challenge is to reach a mindset of healthy lifestyle and body care on a long term. The event will be held starting from 29 October to 27 November 2022 with many exciting activities from group running and group biking.
What are the unique workouts you can try for the Dubai fitness challenge?
1.Dubai fitness run presented by Mai Dubai
If You are a fan of running and an early bird this event is for you, Join Dubai Run on 20 November 2022 At 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. You will have the option to choose between 2 routes: the 5km route passes by Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera and the Burj Khalifa, and is very flat – making it ideal for families and all abilities. If you are a usual runner and like to challenge yourself by breaking a new record then the 10km route follows Sheikh Zayed Road to Dubai Canal, returns past Business Bay and Emaar Square, and ends on Al Mustaqbal St. A longer route which is suitable for you. Routes will start near the Museum of the Future on Sheikh Zayed Road.
2.DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village
The DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village is full of great techniques for families to get fit and have fun at the same time and the cost is almost for free! Head over to the village at Kite Beach starting from 29 October to explore the 15 different fitness zones, all dedicated to helping you and your loved ones achieve your fitness goals. Open from 7am to 11pm at the weekend, and from 3pm to 11pm on weekdays, there are hundreds of classes you can choose from aerobics, boxing, football, yoga, rowing, and a lot more. Showers, toilets and changing facilities close to the Fitness Village are all available as part of Kite Beach’s facilities. in addition to plenty of great places to get food and drink nearby, so you can relax and recharge after your workout.
3.RTA Last Exit Al Khawaneej Fitness Village
Located in the ranch-themed Last Exit, the fitness village is just the perfect place for the whole family to do their 30 mins workout. You can choose from super-intensive and super-fun Ride classes, dozens of group sessions at the main stage, the exclusively ladies-only fitness studio, or high-energy rebounder sessions. Kids can be involved too by participating in martial arts and yoga, or enjoy dance, Zumba, boot camps – and more. After that, you can enjoy a tasty meal and treat from one of Last Exit’s famous food trucks.
4.The Beach Fitness Hub
Start Your day with a morning workout or evening if you prefer to. Fitness sessions will be held at The Beach at JBR every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge. You can choose from a variety of activities from boot camps, yoga, Bollypop, HIIT, Zumba and more. Workouts will start with morning classes at 8:30am and evening sessions at 6pm, next to the Pavilion at The Beach. All sessions will be free, but make sure to book a head as the places are limited.
5.Dubai Padel Cup Tournament
Are you ready for a new sporting challenge? This November the Dubai Padel Cup, in collaboration with the Dubai Fitness Challenge, will raise the adrenaline in a really popular sport. The Dubai Padel Cup will host seven community-driven tournaments aime to engage players of all skill levels to spread the spirit of sports and competition. Dubai will witness a competition where players from all across the UAE will compete, connect and socialize. The competition will have a strategy where when you win a match you’ll move to the next round.
Make sure to sign up for the activities before you join just to avoid any hustle and to be totally prepared for your workout. Also make sure to pack a bag of what you will need to get a comfortable and right workout and to avoid any injuries. For example, start with wearing the right shoes as it is all about doing the right motion and to keep you balanced, comfortable and safe. Nike Mens Flex 2015 RN Running Shoes or Adidas Kanadia TR 7 Shoes will be ideal for all types of activities.
Also make sure to wear clothes which are stretchy and avoid cotton as it doesn’t absorb liquids and will make it more hard on you. Go with polyester as it wicks sweat away from the body.
If You are going for a cycle make sure not to forget your Protecting Elbow & Knee pads and your helmet to protect what’s most important which is your head.
If you are attending a yoga lesson you must grab your own Yoga Matt cause they don’t usually have it available everywhere but still it’s good to stay ready for any inconvenience that might get in your way.
Whatever you do, make sure to never forget your bottle of water as staying hydrated is the most important factor to keep you active.
